Overview

This position supports the CEO by partnering with leaders across the company to manage Board of Directors updates and processes, executive communications, key business operations, and special projects. After the incumbent demonstrates success in this position, he or she may be eligible to take on a leadership position within the company. Our most recent incumbent just accepted a new position internally as Director, Sales – Northeast Asia.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Board of Directors quarterly reviews, monthly updates, approval processes, and Board meeting schedules
  • Create talk tracks and FAQs for earnings calls
  • Develop content and scripts for internal meetings and draft company communications
  • Build financial models and reports in excel synthesizing data from multiple internal systems
  • Track key performance metrics and status on goals and deliverables
  • Analyze company financials and assess product lines
  • Review company and competitor SEC filings
  • Fact-check data and information real-time for the CEO during meetings
  • Process sales analytics, reports, and support sales operations
  • Travel to various regions and locations with CEO, take notes, and publish meeting summaries
  • Serve as liaison to the CEO for executives and other leaders on routine matters
  • Manage bonus programs for executives and other key incentive programs
  • Lead strategic and operational projects

Qualifications

  • Master of Business Administration degree required. Top tier school strongly preferred
  • A minimum of seven years’ previous professional work experience required. Experience in Finance, Investment Banking or Management Consulting strongly preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communications in English
  • Excellent financial and business acumen with a passion for business
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Solid understanding of financial and managerial accounting
